walau di Checklist plant internasional sudah dikatakan synonim dengan Thrixspermum centipeda Lour., Fl. Cochinch.: 520 (1790). kalau di teliti lebih detail masih saja tidak sama. Apabila itu kelainan , kalau lebih dari 200 tanaman yang aku temu berbunga sama berarti sudah species baru kan? dan tidak sama dengan Thrixspermum centipeda :) dengan bentuk lips yang lebih pendek, berwarna kekuningan, dari pada T. aracnites yang lebih panjang, warna putih bersih  dengna noda merah di lipsnya . :)

Distribution : yang ini pernah dapat kiriman dari Papua campur dengan anggrek-angrek dari sana, kalau ada yang mengatakan dari Borneo sabah?

Sesosok tanaman yang kecil dengan penampakan bunga yang besar, terlihat cantik saat ia bermekaran, dulunya saya  menyebutnya Coelogyne karena sangat mirip dari bentuk bulbnya, tetapi berbeda dengan daun kecil yang tebal , karena beberapa tahun tidak menemui IDnya, setelah mekar kembali dan saya posting di halaman Facebook akhirnya baru ketemu IDnya diberi tau oleh teman , yang sebelumnya ada yang menyebutnya Chelonistele richardsii.

Chelonistele maximae-reginae ini dinamai setelah Ratu Máxima dari Belanda. Baru-baru ini, De Vogel mengatakan bahwa ini spesies baru.

Bentuk bunga yang unik dan cantik  anggrek banyak menurunkan hybrid-hybrid yang cantik dan berberkuwalitas :)

Keluarga anggrek yang mini ,  tanamannya sangat mudah beradaptasi dimanapun baik di dataran tinggi / rendah., dengan batang yang hanya berdiameter sekitar 1mm tinggi hanya 3-4cm, daun kecil memanjang 2-3cm, sering kali tumbuh keiki di ujung batang , sangat sering berbunga dengan ukuran bunga 5-6mm, mekar cukup lama sekitar 2 minggu, bunga yang unik dan antik dengan lidah yang besar. Sebuah tantangan bagi anda yang suka dengan kejelian mata dan ketelitian. selamat menikmati ,dan salam untuk pecinta anggrek Dunia :)

di temukan pada ketinggian 300 s/d 1000 dpl , kebanyakan pada ranting-ranting pepohonan dan ada juga di pohon utama, mulai mengeluarkan spike pada bulan oktober dan musim berbunga pada bulan november, mengeluarkan bau yang wangi pada siang hari

untuk Chiloschista lunifera  yang di temukan di jawa memiliki corak yang berbeda (khas) dengan Chiloschista lunifera dari tempat lain , karena itu saya lebih suka dengan nama Chiloschista lunifera var. javanica atau lebih memudahkannya dengan menyebut Chiloschista javanica.
